Creation of my customer account

I am on the homepage of the site and I click on the login button (which is located at the top right of the homepage). Then, I find myself on the login page and I click on "Don't have an account?".

I fill in the fields: your email (which is your login identifier), your name, your password, and confirm your password.

I click on the "register" button.

I access my account through my homepage where I can view all my documents and account data.

My old "username" and "password" are no longer valid. My new username will be my email address and no longer my "School" username. Each teacher will have their own account but linked to the school. We need to correctly associate you internally with your shipping and billing address.

Three solutions:

1. I received an email to log in and I followed the link in that email to activate my account.

2. I follow the same procedure as an individual. Please note, my account will not be linked to the billing and shipping address of the school/ institution. If I proceed through this means, I will create the shipping and billing address for my school. Upon receipt of your order, we will make the necessary changes and associate you with the correct "School" account with all the specifics related to your account.

3. You can call us at +32(0)71776780, and we will help you update your account.

It is essential that your email address is correct because this is where you will receive links to create your password. You will receive via your email: the tracking of your orders and the links to validate your orders (approval from the Director or Municipal Administration)

I go to the homepage of the site. I click on the link "Reset my password." I provide my email address and I automatically receive an email to create a new password.

Website

I click on the "Log in" button at the top right of the homepage. Then, I enter my email address in the email field and my password. Click on login. From this home screen, I can create an account or request a new password. If you are a school, you can contact us at +32(0)71/776780 to set up your account.

I type in the search bar of the site: the reference, the name, or the brand of the product/article. I click on enter or on the magnifying glass. The list of products appears according to your request.

I browse through the different categories that are offered to me to find my item: school supplies, DIY and creative hobbies, educational materials, educational games, psychomotricity and sports, equipment and furniture, and clearance. As soon as I click on one of these categories, a submenu appears to refine my search.

I filter my search using the menu located on the left side of the screen when I am in a "product section." This menu is called "categories." I use the following filters: categories, eco-friendly product, deals, essentials, and price slider. For each selection, click enter to apply it. I can select multiple filters simultaneously..

2 New filters:

Good deals = the products we sell at a special discount due to either item errors or damaged packaging, but the product is intact.

Essential = products that are related to the current theme (e.g.: Halloween, St. Nicholas, Father's Day, etc.).

I hover my mouse over the product. Two icons appear: a cart and a heart. I click on the cart to automatically add it to my cart. I wait a few seconds for the product to download into my cart (This function is ideal when the quantity is 1). The heart allows me to create a wishlist.

I click directly on the product and enter its details. I see its description, reference, price including tax, and its photos. For some products, I have the option to view a video or download documents in PDF format. I specify the desired quantity either manually or by using the +/− symbols. I click on add to cart.

I can change my quantities in my cart and in my order form at any time.

Step 1 - Check the order

I click on the "cart" icon to access the "checkout" page, or if I hover my mouse over the cart, a summary of my order will appear. You can also click on "view cart" to access the "checkout" page.

I check my order: the item description, the quantity, and the unit price. The total amount of my order is including VAT. I can modify the ordered quantity or remove the item via the trash can. If your cart is correct, click on proceed to payment. You can always continue your shopping via the button at the bottom left of your screen.

Step 2 - Address

I am directed to a page with 3 sections: address (the main address), billing address, and shipping address. I select the billing and shipping address. I click on confirm when everything is correct. I can create new shipping and billing addresses by clicking on "Add an address." Click on confirm when everything is correct. It is Viroux who will subsequently link your billing and shipping addresses.

Step 3 - Additional Information

- I select a desired delivery date (minimum 48 hours notice): either by entering it manually or by selecting the date via the calendar. 

- I write in the "special requests" area if I have a specific need: additional information about delivery, about a product, etc..

Note: The other fields are intended for schools and administrations.

Click next when the information is correctly entered.

Step 4 - Confirm the order

"Choose a delivery method"

-I check "home delivery" - Package of €8

Or

- I check "Pickup" = Delivery fees "free." For this, I will pick up my merchandise at the store via "Click&Collect" at Essor Street, 3 5060 Auvelais.   To pick up my package, I head to the entrance of the store by the glass wall and I ring the bell. 

Attention!: I do not check the delivery "Company Delivery TMN" - because the shipping costs are calculated at the time of invoicing according to the payment terms intended for Schools.

"Pay with"

-I check "Immediate payment." I choose my payment method: Bancontact, Credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.

Attention!: I do not check "billing." This is intended for "Schools" with their specific payment details. If you click this link, you will need to pay via bank transfer before the shipment of your goods!

A confirmation email will arrive in my inbox (I check my spam). My order will be prepared within 48 hours.

Attention!: If you are a Municipal Administration ordering for a school, you must create the school's delivery address. This will be saved in your account!

Step 3 - Additional Information

-          I indicate the name of my class

-          I indicate the delivery date either manually or using the calendar (minimum 48 hours notice outside of the school start period).

-          I indicate the order reference if you are a school that requires this reference to appear on the final invoice..

-          I indicate the reference of the commitment and the budget line, if you are a school that requires this reference to appear on the final invoice..

-          I indicate in the "special requests" section additional information regarding delivery, "special" items, etc..

-         I am adding an attachment:->I am uploading my official documents that will be automatically linked to this order.

Click next when the information is correctly entered.

Step 4 - Confirm the order

- I check delivery "Company Delivery TMN" - Delivery fees are calculated at the time of billing according to the payment terms intended for Schools.

or

- I check Delivery by "Individual Delivery" -> if I pay for my order directly with the shipping fees.  

or

- I select "Pickup" -> Shipping costs "free." I am coming to collect my merchandise at the store via "Click&Collect" at 3 Rue de l’Essor, 5060 Auvelais. To receive my package, I head to the entrance of the store by the glass wall and I ring the bell.. 

"Pay with"

- I check "billing"  .  After selecting everything, I click on confirm. A confirmation email will arrive in my inbox (I check my spam). I check my order and confirm it. It is automatically received at Viroux.. 

- If I check "Immediate Payment," I pay for my order directly with various payment options: Bancontact, Credit Card, Paypal, or bank transfer.. Attention: delivery fees are included.  A confirmation email will arrive in my inbox (I will check my spam). My order will be prepared within 48 hours..

Attention!!!: The emails are sent to the approver of your "School" account, that is, either to the Director of your school, to the municipal administration, or to you.

Deliveries

I log into my account and click on my name (at the top right). I click on "my account" and access all my history since the launch of the new site effective from early October. The old history is no longer available for consultation (however, your recent orders have been retrieved!). We apologize for this inconvenience.

Delivery is free to your home for orders over €60 including VAT. Below this amount, shipping costs are €8 for Belgium and €15 for France and Luxembourg.

We primarily deliver to the following countries: Belgium, France, and Luxembourg. If you are in another country, please contact us at +32(0)71/776780.

A "click & collect" is organized so that you can pick up your merchandise at the store. You can come to the store on the glass side from Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. On Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. We are closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

Your orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery is free to your home for orders over €200 including VAT.

Below this amount, the shipping fees are:

Belgium:

By carrier: 1 package = €15, from 2 packages = €18

Via Bpost: 1 package = 8 €

France and Luxembourg:

Via carrier/Bpost: 1 package = 15 €

A "click & collect" is organized so that you can pick up your merchandise at the store. You can come to the store on the glass side from Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. On Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. We are closed from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

After-sales service

Two solutions:

I communicate:

  • My shipment or invoice number
  • The reason for the complaint
  • The article reference
  • I will send a photo proof if the item is damaged

Remarks:

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days

If a product does not suit you or if you made a mistake in your order, it can be returned to us in its original packaging and in new condition, within a maximum of 8 days following receipt.

If an issue is noticed during delivery, you must note it on the supplier's delivery receipt that you need to sign! e.g.: Damaged package, missing package,...

Attention!!!:  les mails sont envoyés chez l'approbateur de votre compte "Ecole" ,  c'est-à-dire soit chez le Directeur de votre école, soit  à l'Administration communale ou soit à vous.
